Richard Tinger is a partner and founder of CareRxSolutions. A NY State licensed Pharmacist with more than 30 years of experience in hospice and home health sales and operations, he has served as a trusted advisor, trainer and leader to many healthcare providers and insurance companies.

A winner of the New York State Hospice Association Founders Award and United States Congressional Citation for Community Service, Mr. Tinger received recognition for his exceptional pharmaceutical and benefits management acumen and service to the local community.

As Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, he increased regional sales from $13M to $38M. His expertise has increased revenue, expanded the client base and developed competitive pricing schedules for many healthcare and health insurance companies in the New York Metropolitan area. Partner and founder of pharmaceutical benefits management companies, AvantiScripts LLC, Mr. Tinger has helped hospice businesses improve operations management and increase cost-savings.

A leader in the hospice industry with extensive experience in pharmaceutical benefits management, he has the experience and insight to help hospice agencies select the right benefits and pharmaceutical management plan for all long term care, hospice and home health sales and operation.

Mr. Tinger received a Master in Business Administration from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from Fordham University.

Linda A. Domizo, RN, MA

Linda A. Domizo is a Managing Partner of CareRxSolutions. A registered nurse in New York State, Linda A. Domizio has 28 years of experience in healthcare management and patient care. Her management experience includes healthcare programs, such as: hospice, acute care, long term care, and outpatient settings. Ms. Domizio has an established record of successful program development of long-term care and other residential healthcare facilities, team building facilitation, financial management, personnel management and performance improvement.

For nearly a decade, she has managed the coordination of performance improvement activities and compliance with regulatory requirement such as for a home infusion therapy agency and a full service pharmacy company.

Ms. Domizio is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator (NY) Registered Professional Nurse (NY, CT) and holds a Post-Graduate Certification in Nursing Management from Leonard Davis Institute of Health Economics, University of Pennsylvania.
