Every client receives extensive training and education in how to efficiently and effectively manage a customized CareRxSolutions account. First, our experienced staff will run baseline research reports. Our staff reviews research reports with the client’s managers and then shows them how to use the reports to design drug benefit management plan. After our brief training in administrative system utilization, the client’s management staff will be able to benchmark and track trending information on drug benefits and adjust management design.
